TempoATP™-Rapid: ATP Biosensor Assay
TempoATP™, a fluorescent biosensor, is incorporated into Tempo's proprietary immortalized human neuro-epithelial cell line, TempoRapidTM . The biosensor assay offers fast kinetics (resolution is in seconds) in measuring real-time cellular ATP metabolism and cytotoxicity. Analysis of cellular oxidative phosphorylation directly reflects mitochondrial health and function.
TempoATP™-Rapid cells serve as a control for all products containing the TempoATP™ biosensor. To customize TempoRapid™ cells to scientists’ experimental needs, the cells are easily transfectable with gene(s)-of-interest.
