TempoCal™-iAstro: Calcium Biosensor Assay using Human Astrocytes
TempoCal™-iAstro: Tempo’s calcium biosensors are incorporated into induced human astrocytes. They respond to intracellular calcium changes in the 605nm-625nm fluorescent range (Excitation/Emission=610nm/625nm). With excellent signal-to-noise ratios, these biosensors operate on second-to-minute scales.
Tempo’s calcium biosensors are incorporated into human iPS-derived astrocytes. They respond to intracellular calcium changes in the 605nm-625nm fluorescent range (Excitation/Emission), measuring fluctuations in cytosolic calcium concentrations. "Calcium Wave" is a key feature of functional human astrocytes. With excellent signal-to-noise ratios, these calcium biosensors can operate on second-to-minute scales. They can be used for single-cell applications, as well as medium to high-throughput assay platforms.

Storage: remove cryovials (dry ice packaging) and place the vial into liquid nitrogen for storage. Alternatively, thaw and use the cells immediately.
