Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• B.S/B.A. degree in bioscience or related field and some academic laboratory experience.
• 0-2 years hands-on biotech or pharmaceutical industry laboratory experience.
• Basic cell culture skills and excellent aseptic technique are a must.
• Organized and detail-oriented when following protocols, running experiments, taking lab notes, and presenting data.
• Has a curious mind and wants to learn.
• Communicates clearly.
• Enjoys working in teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability and desire to learn and run new laboratory methods.
• Prior experience with mammalian cell culture is highly desirable.
• Comfortable presenting science in a group setting is a plus.
