TempoO2™, a fluorescent biosensor, is incorporated into Tempo's proprietary immortalized human neuro-epithelial cell line, TempoRapid™. The biosensor assay offers fast kinetics (resolution: seconds to hours) in measuring real-time cellular metabolism and cytotoxicity. Analysis of cellular respiration directly reflects mitochondrial health and function.
