Shipping & Delivery
Due to the perishable nature of the product, all shipments are packed in dry ice and shipped FedEx Priority Overnight.  Products generally ship within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday.  Saturday delivery may be arranged if needed; contact us for details.

Returns & Replacements
All sales are final.  Should the product not be as specified, notify us at support@tempobioscience.com within 2 business days of thawing the product and provide details of the problem.  For full warranty details, please refer to Section V of the terms and conditions.
